4/15/08 3 CommentsI do thank everyone who stopped by to check on me, although I may or may not have commented you back. I am just feeling like being on this site is not worth it anymore. I am a very different person, too different to "blend in" without feeling guilty about trying to stick it out in a place where I don't really belong. The last thing I want to be is false. Yet, I feel if I could be myself, I would end up not being liked by those I love so much.

Update on job
4/12/08 2 CommentsTo all of you I shared my new hope with, I thank you for your words of happiness but unfortunately, fate has said no to this job. I called this morning and was told that corporate managment has put a hold on any hiring because of problems in the store due to an employee. I intended to walk back and forth to work to help me with my weight loss goals and to save money on transportation, but I suppose doing so would've been too hard on my feet. I will have to keep looking and praying for an opportunity.

Happiness in relationships
4/1/08 5 CommentsIs it even possible for someone to feel real happiness and love with someone they're only infatuated or obsessed with? What harm does a relationship like this do to someone? To me, unless something is as real as possible, be it through something spiritual or with real love, then it's not real and the happiness is fake as Monopoly money. There's no real purpose with infatuation, no real connection unless it is the shallow kind. I worry about anybody who goes through infatuation and thinks they are happy just because they are with someone drop dead gorgeous or handsome without feeling a real connection. You can't judge loved ones by how alike you think they are to you nor by unfair ideals. Not everyone can be a model or have clear skin, or be adventurous, or built like a body-builder. Happiness is not about superficiality, it's in spite of it. Don't love him just because he is a handsome and athletic man and don't love her just because she is an adventurous super model or whatever shallow ideal seems to pop into mind.

Hey it's me Elisha, I decided to sign up for a freebie in case I can't renew. My interests are obviously art, music, writings and I love my spirituality.
